PVC fittings

PVC-uH pressure fittings are suitable for different irrigation systems, potable water supply equipments, chemical installation, household water treatment plants, swimming pools, foodstuff industries etc. The PVC-uH pressure fittings can be used with PVC pipes made to the same international standards. A chemical compound of the PVC-uH used is fit for contact with alimentary fluids in accordance with regulations in force in Italy, France, Germany, Holland, UK, Poland and Scandinavian countries.

There are following types of the fittings in our offer:

• for solvent cement jointing – the metric set
• for threaded jointing – BSP threaded set
• to connect the metric elements with BSP threads – solvent cement/thread adaptors
• to connect the metric elements with PE pipes – solvent cement/PE connection adaptors

Materials

Fittings: PVC-uH (unplastified polyvinyl chloride) material with MRS - value (minimum required strength) of at least 25 MPa (ISO1167 – ISO DIS 9080)
Gaskets: EPDM (ethylene - polypropylene rubber); other materials are available on request.

Standards

fittings are manufactured according to international standards as ISO 757, DIN 8063, UNI 7442/75, NFT 54/028, EN 1452 (metric sizes) and BS 4346/1, EN 1452 (imperial sizes). The fittings have also a Certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH # HK/W/0434/03/2006).
